Note: Matific Arena will be back 2022.
Matific Arena is a safe zone in which students can compete against other Matific students, class students, or themselves in solving different math activities.
By safe, we mean that there's no chat area so they won't be in contact with the other students. Moreover, the score they get in the Arena is not shown in the teacher's report so they can play just for fun.
Teachers can activate or deactivate the Arena on their teacher profile. Here's how:
1. Log in to your teacher account and open the 'Class Management'.
2. Open the class settings of the class you'd like to activate this feature by clicking on the three dots that appear on the right of the class's name.
3. You need to go to 'Advanced Settings', and click on the 'Arena' option. If it's green, pointing right, it's activated and the child can see the 'Arena' map. If it's gray, pointing towards the left, it's deactivated and the student won't be able to open the Arena.
4. Follow these steps for every class.
This is what the student will see if it's active.
Students can choose from one of three games.
Students can see how they rank globally and in their class. To do that, they need to click on the trophy that appears on the upper right corner of each game.
