Admin Dashboard

You will see the Admin Dashboard when you log in.
It has many different panels, each providing valuable information.

Select a class.

There are links on the right side of the navigation bar to go to
Activities -> Manage Activities and Activities -> Find Activities.

Get Started with Matific

If you are a new user or haven’t yet finished setting up a class this panel will help you out.

School Setup Progress

• Add Teachers: Click this to go to Class Management -> Manage All Teachers -> Add Teachers
• Manage Teachers: Click this to go to Class Management -> Manage All Teachers
• Manage Classes: Click this to go to Class Management -> Manage All Classes
• Manage Students:  Click this to go to Class Management -> Manage My Students 

The rest of the panels provide information on the selected class.

Assigned work progress

This panel gives you a summary of the assigned work progress. 

You can filter by the type of assigned work and view which students have completed/not started/are working on the assigned work.

Click 'View full report' to go to Reports -> Assigned Work Report.

Activities/Time played

This panel displays the number of unique activities played by the class in the selected period.

This panel displays the time spent on different activities by the class in the selected period.

Click 'View full report' to go to Reports -> Performance Report.

Students needing help/that are excelling

This panel displays students needing help/that are excelling based on their scores on activities completed in the last 30 days.

Click 'Help improve' to go to Activities -> Find Activities.

Class score performance

This panel helps you compare your class's average score with your country's average score in the selected period. Dots represent the national average and bars represent your class average.  

Click 'View full report' to go to Reports -> Performance Report.

Leaderboard

This panel displays the class leaderboard in the selected period:
the number of completed activities, earned stars and the average score for each student.

Click 'View full leaderboard' to go to Reports -> School Leaderboard.

Student/Class achievements

This panel displays any student and class achievements in the selected period.

Today's critical insights

This panel displays any critical insights in the selected period.

You can click 'Assign practice activity' to go to Activities -> Find Activities.

Scope & Sequence

This panel is a summary of Scope & Sequence. You can turn it on/off.

Click 'View Scope & Sequence' to go to Activities -> Scope & Sequence.
