Why am I not receiving emails about my class's progress on activities I set?
Two possible reasons:
- You are a 'team teacher' and not a 'main teacher.' Team teachers do not receive email notifications.
Contact your Matific Admin if you wish to become a main teacher.
- Your email is incorrect.
To change your email:
1. Click your profile -> Account Details.
2. Scroll down to 'Account Settings' -> Enter your email -> Click 'Update Settings.'
If you are still not receiving emails, please contact our support.
