Adding your first class is the starting point to personalised learning, real-time insights, and smooth classroom management in Matific. Once your class is set up, you can add students, track progress, and start assigning activities right away.
❗ Your school can restrict you from creating classes. In this case, contact your Matific School Admin for help. In some regions, such as Paraná, classes are automatically created through SEED integration, and teachers do not need to manually create or enroll students.
Step 1: Create a Class
Click Class Management in the side navigation bar.
Click +Add Class on the top left corner.
Select one of the following options:
Create a Class
Click Create a Class and enter:

💡Usernames will be automatically generated and Students can change them later.Save your changes.
Each student will be given login credentials they can use to access Matific.
Step 3: Download student login cards
Once students are added, you can quickly generate login details to share with them.
Open Class Management.
Select your class.
Click Print Login Cards in the top right corner.
These cards include each student’s username, password, and a QR code for a quick login.

Other Ways to Add Classes
In addition to creating a class manually, Matific supports several other class setup options:
Import from Google Classroom – Automatically create classes and sync students
Upload via Spreadsheet – Add multiple students in bulk
Single sign-on (SSO) setups – Available for supported platforms
Activating Additional Grades/Classes – Submit an editable enrollment spreadsheet with school, student, and teacher data to the designated support email for processing.
Special Education Institutions – Schools may need to provide their institution’s identifier (school code) and specify the classes to be added. 💡 Students imported via Google Classroom will start with fresh accounts in Matific, meaning no historical data will be carried over. If preserving existing student data is important, use the Matific rollover process instead.
Automated Class Creation via SEED or Other Systems – In some regions, such as Paraná, classes and student records are automatically created through SEED integration. Teachers do not need to manually create classes or enroll students.
