You can host arena games without an account and enjoy learning with up to 60 participants in a game!
Go to Maths Activities on our website.
You can filter activities by year, topic, curriculum, textbook or activity type.
Click View Details over an activity.
You can either click Play with Class or Quick Match.
Play with Class
If you click Play with Class, you will be redirected to another tab to host the game without taking part in it like a teacher.
Each game has a unique activity code, which participants can enter to join. Share this code with your participants.
Click the link icon to copy the link and share it with participants. Example link: https://www.matific.com/au/en-au/home/host-game/?code=95083
You can view which students (their avatar names) and guests are waiting for you to start the game. A guest is anyone who has entered the code but is currently not logged into Matific. Guests are asked to enter their first and last names to join a game. Click Start Activity to start the game. Before starting a game, you can toggle in-game progress on/off.
When all the players have finished the game or when you decide the time is up, click End Activity. Then, you can see your students' scores.
You can also abort the game at any time by clicking the close icon.
Quick Match
If you click Quick Match, you will be redirected to another tab to play the game along with players from around the world.
The game will end when all players have finished the game.
Once the game is over, the scoreboard will show your score and the top three scores.
If you wish, you can sign up with Matific.
You can also explore Matific without signing up. However, this has limited functionality.
If you click Explore, you will be asked to select your year level.
Once you select your year level, you can explore Matific!
