If a student no longer requires access to Matific, teachers can remove their account from their class.
❗ Deleting a student account is permanent and cannot be undone. The student's progress, completed activities, reports, and account information will be permanently removed.
How to Delete a Student Account
Click Class Management from the side navigation bar
Select your class
Select the student or multiple students
Open Settings (...)
Click Delete Account(s)
Review and click the confirmation message
Click Delete Account
Before You Delete
Before deleting a student account, consider whether one of the following actions may be more appropriate:
Move the student to another class if they are changing classes
Update the student's details if their information is incorrect
💡 Moving a student to another class preserves their progress and activity history.
Important to Know
Deleted student accounts cannot be restored
All associated progress and reports will be removed
Deleting a student account does not affect other students in the class
