Change the Matific Time &gt; Click Save. You can disable these if desired:

3. Click Matific Time. ​
 Click 'Matific Time.'
 
4. Change the Matific Time &gt; Click Save. You can disable these if desired:

- One/both sessions
- Email/calendar reminders
