Once selected, Matific provides activities related to that topic across areas such as Adventure Island, Arena, and Training Zone. You can edit or remove the focus topic and view your child's skill performance for that topic.

Yes. You can change your child's Adaptive Grade Level from Account Details > Children Details > Edit.

You can change the grade for a child's subscribed Matific account.

You can't change the grade of a connected Matific school account.

You can change the language for a child's subscribed Matific account from Account Details > Children Details > Edit.

Yes. From your child's Parent Dashboard, open Skill Performance and select a skill.

You can automatically assign five recommended activities for that skill. You can assign activities from multiple skills, but you can't choose individual activities or change the number assigned per skill.

Yes. Select the skill where you assigned the activities and choose Unassign activities.

Note that a teacher can disable parent-assigned activities for a student's school account.

Adventure Island is a personalized learning journey. Matific selects activities based on your child's learning needs to help strengthen skills or provide new challenges.

As your child progresses, they can also meet Matific characters and view their biographies and achievements in My Adventure Book.

Yes. Your child can skip up to three activities in any order.

To skip a fourth activity, they must first earn at least one star in one of the three activities they already skipped.

Your child can meet Matific characters while using Adventure Island.

After meeting a character, they can read or listen to the character's biography in My Adventure Book > Characters.

Your child can earn coins and XP by completing Matific Achievements.

Achievements can be viewed from the Weekly Quest icon or under My Adventure Book > Achievements. Your child is notified when they earn an achievement.

Yes. Your child can customize their avatar's name, body, outfit, and aircraft.

They can access customization from their avatar or aircraft on the home screen, or through My Adventure Book.

Some items can be purchased with coins, while others are unlocked by earning XP or reaching specific goals.

Yes. Guests can join an Arena game using the unique activity code or link shared by the game's host.

After entering the code, the player enters their name and waits for the host to start the game.

Yes. You can host an Arena game without a Matific account.

You can select an activity, choose Play with Class, share the unique activity code or link, and start the game when participants are ready. Games can support up to 60 participants.

Yes. Guests can explore Matific without signing up, although functionality is limited.

You can view your child's password from Account Details > Children Details > Edit and select Show next to the password.

You can also change the password from the same area.

At the Matific login page, select Forgot your password?, enter your email address, and select Send link.

Check your email for the password reset message. If you don't receive it, check that you entered the correct email address and check your spam folder.

If you still haven't received the email after 10 minutes, contact Matific Support at support@matific.com.

Go to Account Details > My Details > Edit, select the option to change your password, and save your new password.

You'll be logged out and asked to sign in again with your new password.

Go to Account Details, scroll to Children Details, and select Renew next to the child whose subscription you want to renew.

You can renew before or after your current subscription expires.

Yes. From Account Details, open the plan for your child's profile and select the available subscription options.

Available plan changes depend on your region and subscription status.

If your Parent account was created through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, manage your subscription through the relevant app store.

You can change your payment method when renewing your subscription.

Yes, if you have an eligible coupon code. You can apply it when registering a subscription or when renewing an existing subscription.

From the Parent Dashboard, go to Account Details > Children Details > Manage Subscription, then select Cancel Subscription.

You can continue using your subscription until its expiry date.

If you subscribed through Apple, you'll be redirected to Apple to manage the cancellation.

Yes, if it is a subscribed Matific account. Go to Account Details > Children Details > Edit, select Delete account, and confirm the deletion.

You can't delete a connected Matific school account from Parent Zone. You can unlink it instead.

Yes. Go to Account Details > Children Details > Edit, select Unlink account, and confirm.

Unlinking removes the connection between your Parent account and your child's connected Matific school account.

Yes. Go to Account Details > My Details > Edit, select Delete my account, and confirm.

Deleting your Parent account does not delete your children's connected Matific school accounts.
