Why am I not receiving emails about my class's progress on activities I set?

Two possible reasons:

  • You are a team teacher and not a main teacher. Team teachers do not receive email notifications. 
    Contact your Matific Admin if you wish to become a main teacher. 
  • Your email is incorrect. 

To change your email:

  1. Click your profile > Account Details
  2. Scroll down to Account Settings > Enter your email > Click Update Settings.
