Give Another Teacher Access To Your Class

You can allow other teachers to help manage your class. This is useful for co-teaching, shared classes, or when additional support is needed.

How to Give Another Teacher Access

  1. Click Class Management in the side navigation bar
  2. Select your class
  3. Click more options (...) in the top right and click Manage Class Details
  4. Expand the menu under Team Teachers (Optional) section
  5. Select the required teacher and click Save

What can Other Teachers do?

Once added, the teacher can:

  • View and manage students

  • Assign activities to that class

  • Monitor student progress

  • Access class reports

💡 All teachers added to a class have the same level of access.
