Sometimes, students may have trouble remembering their usernames and passwords, which can prevent them from logging in. Resetting their credentials is quick and easy!
How to Change a Students’ Username and Password
- Click ‘Class Management’ in the side-navigation bar.
- Select the class of the student.
- Expand more options (...) in their name and click ‘Edit Student Details’.
Under the Account tab, update the ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ fields, then click ‘Save’.
💡You can also bulk change student passwords by selecting multiple students, expanding more options (...) and clicking ‘Change Password’.
