Plan Management - Load Plan

When you load a plan, all the activities will be assigned to your whole class according to the assignment settings of the original plan. However, you can customize these activities afterwards.

1. Hover over Activities > Click Manage Activities.
2. Click Manage Plan.
3. Click Load Plan.
   
   

You can load plans in three ways:

• From Share Link
• From Saved Plan
• From Preset Plan

From Share Link

1. Enter the link > Choose your settings > Click Load.
   
   
   
   Note: Please ensure the link is correct.
   
   

From Saved Plan

1. Click From Saved Plan.
2. Select your class > Select a plan > Choose your settings > Click Load.
   
   

From Preset Plan

1. Click From Preset Plan.
2. Select your class > Select a plan > Choose your settings > Click Load.
   
   

In all three ways, there is an option to clear previously assigned activities.

You can clear assigned activities in two ways:

• Only imported
  
  
• All activities
  
  

All activities imported from a plan will have an Imported label to differentiate them from other activities.

Note: When you load a plan, activities with due dates in the past won't be loaded.
