Do you want your students to do activities in Matific that reflect the topics you teach in class?
To get started:
1. Log into your Matific Teacher account. The initial view:
2. Navigate to Set Focus from Activities:
3. You will be redirected to the following page:
4. Focus topic has not been set. To set it, click on Set Focus Topic button. A pop-up will open displaying three important settings:
i. The curriculum that you want the displayed topics to be based on:
ii. The class grade for which you want to display the selected topics:
For instance, if you want to display the topics for All Year Levels:
Alternatively, you can choose to view topics for a specific grade (example: Year 1):
iii. You can set time period of Focus Topic, starting from the date you set a topic:
Once the Set Focus period ends and if another topic has not been assigned, the students will view general activities in Matific.
5. Upon confirmation of your preferred settings, click on Set Focus Topic button in the pop-up:
