Change Your Matific Subscription Plan

Here is how you can switch between subscription plans on the Matific platform in a way that is smooth and seamless.

To get started:

  1. Log in to your Matific account.
    Your dashboard may appear as follows:



  2. From the dashboard, click on the next tab Account Details:



  3. This page will contain your account details along with that of your child/children who are using Matific.
    You can edit the details as per your requirements:



  4. In the child’s profile:

    If the Premium keyword is visible without any other options, this means that your Matific license is active, and the date of billing is far off.

    If the Premium keyword is visible and directly beneath that is the Manage Subscription option, this means that your Matific license is active, and the date of billing is close.

    If the Premium keyword is crossed out and below it is the Upgrade link, this means that your Matific trial period is about to end, and you can click on Upgrade to renew your license.

    If the Premium keyword is crossed out, directly below it is the expiry date followed by Renew link, this means that your Matific license has already expired, and you will have to renew your license.


  5. This will open a popup indicating the current plan that you have subscribed to, for your child:



  6. The plan that I have subscribed to, as can be seen above, is the Monthly Plan.
    I have the following options:

    Change payment method while still on the same plan:

     

    Change plan type:



    As can be seen above, I have the option to change from Monthly to Annually. This means that I will be charged every 12 months rather than once a month.
    The amount will be deducted from my account on the date of renewal. As shown above, for me, it is 22 May 2025.

    Cancel my child’s Matific subscription:
